WinWhatWhere Investigator is a security program that monitors and reports all keyboard activity on your PC. It faithfully records date, time started, time elapsed, program captions, and keystrokes -- providing an accurate picture of what users are doing with your computer while you're not around. You can have the program monitor all activity, selectively exclude particular programs from the log, or have it monitor only selected programs. You can also specify the days and times to enforce monitoring activity. Theinformation is presented in the form of a highly configurable report you can easily search, export, and send to your printer. Other features include password protection and a stealth mode that allows the program to run invisibly.

This software program is intended primarily for use as an aid
in monitoring computer use. Any use of this software in
conjunction with any hardware, device or apparatus to
surreptitiously intercept wire, oral, or electronic
communications may violate state and federal laws.
*** LICENSE AGREEMENT ***
This license applies to the registered version of
Investigator. If you are using an evaluation version of
Investigator, see the section titled "Evaluation
License" below.
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using this software. Unless you have a different license
agreement signed by WinWhatWhere Corporation your use of this
software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement
and warranty.
Registered Version
One registered copy of Investigator may either be used by a
single person who uses the software personally on one or more
computers, or installed on a single workstation used
nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
You may access the registered version of Investigator through a
network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses
for the software covering all workstations that will access the
software through the network. For instance, if 8 different
workstations will access Investigator on the network, each
workstation must have its own Investigator license, regardless
of whether they use Investigator at different times or
concurrently.
You may have unlimited access the registered version of
Investigator through a network or any other means , provided
that you have obtained a UNIVERSAL LICENSE for the software.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
Washington.
Disclaimer of Warranty
This software and the accompanying files are sold "as is " and
without warranties as to performance or merchantability or any
other warranties whether expressed or implied. Because of the
various hardware and software environments into which
Investigator may be put, no warranty of fitness for a
particular purpose is offered.
Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
thoroughly tested with noncritical data before relying on it.
The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. Any
liability of the seller will be limited exclusively to product
replacement or refund of purchase price.
*** EVALUATION LICENSE ***
The following license applies to the evaluation version of
Investigator. If you have purchased a license for the
registered version of Investigator, see the section "License
Agreement" above.
You shouldcarefully read the following terms and conditions
before using this software. Unless you have a different license
agreement signed by WinWhatWhere Corporation your use of this
software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement
and warra nty.
Evaluation and Registration
This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are
hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes
without charge for a period of 14 days. If you use this
software after the 14 day evaluation period a registration fee
is required. When payment is received you will receive a
registration code and the latest version of Investigator.
Unregistered use of Investigator after the 14 day evaluation
period is in violation of U.S. And international copyright laws.
