S.u.S.E. is the most popular distribution in Europe, and is used by many Linux developers and users of all kinds. S.u.S.E.'s manuals are among the best documentation available for Linux. S.u.S.E. offers many pre-configured typical installs and can be set up easily as various kinds of servers and workstations. ApplixWare brings reasonably a reasonably good productivity suite to Linux. SuSE's YaST (Yet another System Tool) makes configuration easy. SuSE works closely with the XFree86 Project and usually supports the most recent video cards. It also includes the powerful Adabas database, BSD-style init scripts and much more.
